2. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Use Sazona only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

3. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Contact us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. AI-generated nutrition information

Sazona uses AI to analyze meal photos and generate nutrition information, recipe suggestions, and cultural context. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You should treat it as a helpful guide, not a definitive source.

5. Medical disclaimer

Sazona does not provide medical, dietary, or health advice. Information in the app is for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for the diagnosis, treatment, or advice of a qualified healthcare provider. Consult your doctor before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have any medical condition.

6. Intellectual property

Sazona, its logo, wordmark, design system, recipe content, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You keep ownership of the food photos and content you upload, and you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display them so we can provide the service to you.

7. Subscriptions and paid features

Some features may become paid in the future. If we introduce subscriptions, pricing, billing terms, and cancellation options will be presented clearly before you commit. Beta users receive premium access at no cost while the beta program is active.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the AI features, or attempt to harm the service or other users.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sazona and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including health outcomes influenced by AI-generated information. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we will change the date at the top and notify you in the app for meaningful changes.
